<p>I would just like to take this opportunity to compliment you Pickfords on the service they have provided to my family and myself.</p> <p> </p> <p>From the prompt friendly negotiations on the quotation to the friendly professional people who came to pack and collect our goods for shipment. Nothing was too much trouble for this ‘happy crew’. Even when a few days later we realised we had forgotten to pack a much loved large teddy bear, we phoned the guys at the Cape Town office and someone offered to come and collect it for us and ensure it was safely packed with the rest of our belongings. </p> <p> </p> <p>Finally when our shipment arrived in the UK, we were promptly contacted and a mutually convenient date for delivery was agreed. As with the Cape Town staff, everyone was easy to deal with and went out of their way to be helpful. The final compliment goes to the packers and loaders back in Cape Town who did such a wonderful job that ALL our possessions arrived safely and intact (including the nearly missed teddy bear).</p> <p> </p> <p>So a big thank you to all concerned, I would have no hesitation in recommending Pickfords .</p>
