missing box

my overall experience with pickfords was very good when they picked the boxes up and dropped them off in pretoria from durban. The only fault is the we have a box missing and we have notified them the very next day of drop off that there was a problem. on the 5th, 6th and 7th of december my wife called them and told them that a box was missing with a braai grille and spoke to Clive on all three of those days and again on the 12th of december and there has been no response NOTHING from anyone and i still havent got my missing box. i spoke to Charlene on 10th of January and she escalated it to the manager.
