Lost box but no replacement of goods

I moved from Cape Town to Bloemfontein. On Sept 11 2015 movers delivered my things to my new home in Bloemfontein.One box of books was missing and that was listed in the inventory . I waited for several weeks but never heard from them despite the fact I had insurance. I wrote to them twice (the first time on Oct. 11, the second time last week) but have never received any response about replacing my books.
