Don't use this company for your furniture removals!

Don't use them! We have spent hundreds of thousands with them for international moves and storage. In the latest one, they were late arriving, damaged my furniture, damaged the property, were chaotic, couldn't follow the most basic of instructions, and to cap it all, they have lost a number of items including a massive double cooker, sofa , etc. When I complained to the MD Mike Kitshoff, he talks the talk but never follows up, has no idea that his supposed procedures are not followed by any of his staff, and really couldn't care less. He's been there years, and seems very complacent. He won't provide any contact details for the SA Head Office, so it seems that he doesn't want anyone to escalate the issues.
