Dont use pickfords.

They arroved at my house to pack my furniture. At first glance they seem profesional. Through out the day they ask about certain items and where to pack them. It was a very good experience except for the part where they picked up and carried my piano the WRONG way. I was furious.

Then came the waiting period where they store everything in a warehouse with very little to none security. 5 to 10 working days is the policy they follow.

On day 10 my furniture left PE for JHB.

When the truck arrived in JHB they took out all my furniture and boxes and put them in the marked areas where they should go.

On unpacking the boxes i found that a cell phone is missing, my gas stove four legs are missing.

I enquired about it and i was informed that they would investigate.

3days passed and i had to contact them just to hear they will only get the paccking crew together on the monday. The monday i contacted them and conveniently said the cell phone was not on the inventory list.

NO ****. IT WONT BE THERE BECAUSE IT WAS ******. Enquiry about my 4 legs for the stove i just got a whatsapp saying they are investigating.

This is absolute **** AND POOR service for a company that says "CAREFUL MOVERS" on their boxes.

I am highy ****ed off and dissapointed with whats happening now. I want that cell phone back as it carries enormous sentimental value. Plus my for legs for my stove.

This is very dissapointing. And feedback from Pickfords is required. Not requested. REQUIRED.
