Do not trust Pickfotds

Please I would like to warn people not to use Al**** Pickfords from New Zealand. They give you a reasonable quote and after confirming with their agent that there will be no extra charges involved for delivery in South Africa, decided to go with them. Guest what our furniture has arrived and we have to pay over R16000 before they will deliver our furniture, which they now hold as a ransom. We e-mailed the New Zealand office and they don't reply. Now we get an e-mail from head office Australia that you must pay otherwise there will be other problems. Please don't trust them, we had other quotes very close to theirs and I am sorry that I believed there lies. Another thing if you go onto their site you cannot log a complaint, you must phone and look where telephone queries got me
