Didn't return calls to get business

The last time we moved overseas Pickfords were excellent, so they were the first people I contacted when I decided to move again. Bad mistake. On the Monday I sent an email asking for a quote. On the Tuesday I was emailed and asked for my cell number, which I supp**** the same day. On the Thursday I sent a reminder asking when they were going to call me. They promised to do so the same day. And didn't. On the Friday afternoon they phoned me. Obviously customers aren't very important, if that's how I get treated when they haven't got a contract yet and should be jumping up and down to get my business.
