Damaged Goods

I initially saw their reviews which was 2.9 on Hello Peter, shocking , I know but because the reviews were fairly old, I thought I would give them a try, thinking they would have improved since then. What a BIG, BIG very BIG mistake. My new fridge got dropped, my second smaller fridge got dented and scratched and my new washing machine got damaged.

I was told by the guys doing the delivery, Pickfords would give me a call regarding the damaged items. Not a call, not a mail, nothing, not even an apology.

If you consider Pickfords I would highly recommend stay away from this company.
