Damaged Goods

We moved our household contents from JHB to PE with Pickfords and this is what arrived at our new home. They took no responsibility for the damage. Most of the items (couches, dining room suite, clothing, etc.) were rusted, broken or beyond repair, which means the stuff was standing in water. Don’t ever pick Pickfords!

Our possessions were covered by OutSurance. Pickfords believes it’s okay to deliver your possessions to you in this state. The truck was leaking and yet they took zero responsibility, just because we didn’t have insurance with them.
