Close to R40 000 of bad service

1. They gave me a quote, I paid and was later told I need to pay a further R1085 which was not part of the initial quote. 2. I specifically requested for special packaging (box) for my 65’ TV - this never arrived yet I paid in full for all packing equipment. 3. When it was time to release my consignment from storage, I requested for a quote (all storage costs and Redelivery fee), I didn’t get a quote instead I was just given a value that I needed to pay. I paid the value without receiving a quote. A week later after paying, I was told there is an additional R603.75 that is needed that wasn’t stated on the value I was given and paid. 4. When delivery took place, the team scratched my floor. The team also didn’t have the required equipment to correctly execute the delivery 5. When all the above was reported and escalated to management - management completely dismissed me.
