Bad service. Hidden costs

I booked delivery from Port Elizabeth to Johannesburg and paid the quotation price. When my furniture arrived in Johannesburg the demanded extra money. There we hidden costs. So cruel. The service is very poor. They refused to release my furniture even if I collect it myself.
