A service hiccup changed into a celebration

I recently reported a disappointing experience with Pickford Worldwide removals. I would like to take this opportunity to advertise how effectively the concerns I raised were handled. The Branch manager met with the staff and discussed the concerns I raised. He further sent me email feedback and the processes that would be employed to ensure this situation would not be repeated.

If you employ staff you recognize how frequently they can misrepresent management in their attitude and actions. The manner in which my concerns were listened to and managed has been exemplary. There was no defensiveness or excuse provided. Rather a determination to bring correction and restore faith in the business and the service provided.

Great management is a rare skill set. To have engaged with a manager who dealt with urgency and commitment was a privilege.
