what happened to my smartshopper points of 2017

I recently discovered that all my smart shopper points were gone. To think that I use Pick n Pay as my preferred shop due to loyalty and convenience. But to me this all seem a **** since Raymond Ackerman is not in charge anymore. Those in charge do the opposite what Mr Ackerman stood for and that is that the customer is "KING". I worked hard for that points and as a loyal customer like many others we all must be given the choice whether to cash in the points (time and date) otherwise I only see this as another **** of the capitalistic system that the working class fall pray to and it must stop. I say if I don't get my points back like all other South Africans, we stand together and Boycott Pick n Pay and shop at other shops like Checkers, Shoprite , Spar, Woolworths or Game.
