Pick and Pay Suck!!!!!
I order food yesterday. Driver said he was at my gate never hoot and went back to the store. Claiming undeliverable. Pick and Pay delivered on 25th how is it possible the driver delivered my stuff and now this one said no one was home????? I still waiting for the money to be refunded. This will perhaps happen on Christmas. NO WONDER THEY ARE SHUTTING DOWN STORES THERE SERVICES ARE HORRIBLE!!!!!!!

Unacceptable service leaves parent stranded without essentials or money mid-month
I placed an order for my 15-month-old's essentials mid-month before payday. The app reserved R1,882.90, packed the order, and took R1,350.74. The timeline states the order arrived, but it was immediately marked "undelivered" at 08:27. Because of your driver's failure, my child is left without vital essentials. To make matters worse, I am told I must wait 3 to 10 working days for a refund of my own money. A R400 promotional code does not fix this, as it barely covered the milk. I do not have extra money to re-buy these items while waiting for a system error refund. I need this escalated and resolved immediately.

Bad service
Bad experience. I received my wrong order. Still waiting after 1 hour. Pick n pay staff mixed up the orders and I must wait until they decide to bring my items. My order number *** The order was placed pass 9 this morning and it's now 11:07. No reply from pick n pay Eersteriver. Still waiting on my order.

PICK N PAY ASAP BENMORE
on friday i ordered groceries on their ASAP app, i got a notification that they busy with the order, then the driver is on his way, last notification order delivered, usually the driver will call to say he is at the gate i did not get a phone call only a message that says delivered, i immediately log a complaint on their app. i got message that says they need to investigate . i still have not received any comms from them , i do not have my order and my money is held at pick n pay.
