Rude manager

This morning I went to pick 'n pay in arbour crossing to collect my R350 grant. The security guard told me that they will only be assisting use at 11 am so I asked to speak to the manager to explain the situation I'm under. I need to withdraw the money because I had an interview at 10am. The manager that I spoke to was so rude she didn't even wait for me to explain my situation she just told me that I will be assisted at 11am. I asked her if she can help me as I am desperate seeking employment. She said no I will have to wait for 11am and there is nothing she can do. I was so disappointed and heartbroken.
