Poor service

On sunday the 4th i went to Pick 'n Pay mall of the south where i bought my electric kettle from. I had a slip with me but did not have a box. They called Tshepang Maphalala to come and speak. She came and i asked if they can't make a plan since i have a slip with me but not a box, she rep**** in a very sarcastic and disrespectful way. She said, " but we will also not sell you a kettle without a box". I asked her to speak to me in a respectful manner because that is pure disrespect as i know that they will not sell me something without a box so where do they expect me to get the box from. She rep****" Go and look for it" I said where it was thrown because i have been looking for the box for the past two weeks and she said " Yes go and look for it" in a very sarcastic way. She is very disrespectful she needs some lessons to speak to customers. She still has a long way to go but with that attitude, I am not sure.
