Pick n Pay ASAP is PATHETIC!

Pathetic! Order *** placed on 19/08/2023 at 4pm. The order received was not the order placed - it belonged to someone else. After 6 phone calls and 3 emails and finally getting to speak to someone that was competent and that understood, the wallet was finally credited. How does it take a company like Pick 'n Pay 10 hours to credit an account for such a small order. There was no reaction whatsoever from the calls made and as I'm typing this, I am yet to receive a call from a manager. The only thing of which I am grateful for is that an understanding consultant by the name of Fazlin understood and actually did something to resolve my problem.
