Excellent and satisfying service

I went to mall at Lebo ( Lebowakgomo), joined the queue to enter, shopping then joined the queue to pay. I was by Matlakala (cashier) . The lady is friendly and professional. She told me next time when I come back I musn't join the queue as isn't safe for a expecting woman to be on the queues, she said i must feel free as that's their rules. I felt very much welcome, it was my first time shopping here and I will come very frequent.
