Bad service Pick n Save South Gate

I went to Pick N Pay on the 20 May 2023 and bought 2 Vors Rolls and the assistant was cutting the rolls because it did not fit and when i confronted she boldly indicated that it is the store rules that they must cut the roll .I was irritated because i confronted the supervisor who said that she must not cut the rolls more especially for those customer who made request which was clear that such rules never exist.#MothersDayTreats
