Bad service ever from pick n pay Randridge Mall

Pick n Pay Rand Ridge Mall i have never seen such a cold service. The cashier was very rude to me treated me like im a ********.I always buy myself digital vouchers for pick n pay and save them for rainy days.Yesterday as i decided to use the vouchers took out my phone and gave the cashier the voucher number.She pushed my phone away as if its dirty and told me they where ordered not to take the vouchers anymore without the slip,how will i have a paper receipt if purchase was made through the phone,i asked the cashier what is happening,in a rude manner she rep**** back with can you shut up she literally told me that and kept on shouting for supervisor by the name of Thandi and Dorcas.One of the supervisors came and they told me they cant assist me simce i dont have a receipt for the voucher,how will i have one if transaction was done through the phone.I then went to Pick n Pay Ridge Terrance my voucher was admitted and redeemed with super service.Please interven for Pick n Pay Rand Ridge as they where very rude to me.
