Bad customer service!

Bad customer service. Pick n Pay Elsies River keeps on telling customers they have 'no money' when customers want to withdraw. It happens all times of the day in this store. Pick n Pay should not bother to offer this service, when they can fulfill it. I am not the only person who experienced this. There are Many customers who this happens too. If this store were in an affluent area, this would Never happen. The head office can not solve this issue, they refer me back to the store. Absurd! Bad bad service!
