ZTE router & 30GB data

I bought this ZTE router from pick 'n pay hyper at Maponya mall. When it was advertised it stated that I would get a bonus 30GB data but I have not received it even after I was told to recharge with R30 or more. So between MTN and Pick 'n Pay somebody has benefited from the 30GB data that I was supposed to get.
