Zinhle *****s the good name of PnP Chilli Lane

I have just received blood chilling service from a till 2 from a person who identified herself as Zinhle. She has no people s****s whatsoever. The worst attitude. Referring to me as this one when talking to her colleague. She had just logged on to the till when I advised her that I would be needing money. Instead of making a plan for me and another gentleman she told us to go queue somewhere else. And had the audacity to say we won't even go to the front of that queue. She was aware that we had been waiting for a while as they were busy changing. I am appalled at the customer service she gave. Even the gentleman was disgusted. Luckily their supervisor as certain Ms Sheila came to the rescue. But that Zinhle made our experience unbearable.
