Zero stars for PnP ASAP app and shopping and client service

ASAP is the worst shopping app. 2 of my items were wrong when I received it on Sunday. I emailed (Ongie @asap) and was assured the wrong items would be collected the following day. Monday phoned again (Branighan@asap) - finally items collected and refund promised. Yesterday I phoned again (Athini@asap), query would be sent to refund dept, refund will be given asap. Again phoned today- Anele. No turnaround time - apparently its at the refund office. I asked if I can speak to someone there - no, they don't even have a phone number for them (?) So still waiting for app credit - can't chance them having to refund me to my bank account- my previous query was logged in July, and only closed in November As I understand calls are being recorded, would love to know if anyone does quality control? No client service at all PnP ASAP is really not good for the PnP brand
