i was at pick n pay westgate i was returning headache tablets which were bought on the 5th may the cashier went to speak to zandile nzuza whn the cashier came back ,she said she can't take the tablets back i asked for a reason she said zandile said i had bought them a long time ago therefore she can't help me ,i said to the cashier wht is her understanding of the 5th of may 2020 ?she said there's nothing she can do i then said to her I'm alway's buying in your store i have smart shopper card nd Tyme bank card with you for you to tell me ,wht you are telling me which is gabbage ,i then asked the cashier for their return policy she couldn't tell me ,according to my knowledge return policy its within a month across all stores .i then told the cashier to go to their exchange and refund book to check if my name is alway's there for them to treat me like that annoying customer whose alway's returning thing's.
