Zero customer service at Pick n Pay Blackheath
Pick n Pay Blackheath has no clue about customer service. Nor do they know the meaning of goodwill during the festive season. I was not let into the store as I arrived 5 minutes or less after they were closing on 26 December after explaining that I just needed a DSTV remote for my 92 year old mother. Was met with blank hostile faces , refusal of entry and no empathy whatsoever!! Interesting that the plaque outside the store says closing time on public holidays is 4.00pm! Pick n Pay Blackheath your staff sick and I will NEVER enter your store again, ever!!!

26 Dec 2022, 15:41I omitted to mention that their closing time on 26 December was 15.00 and not 16.00 as displayed on the plaque outside the store. The staffer took great effort to drag the instore board with the 15.00 closing time but refused me entry. Your time will come where you need kindness and don't get it!!!
