Zero customer service

I'm very much disappointed with pick n pay, I've been a customer for a very long time, and the only time I have an issue, they don't want to assist. I've been using my smart shopper for many years, and now when I try to use my points at the store it nothing appears on their side. The cashier told me to call customer service but they never answer their phone, I'm very upset with the back and forth coz the market can also make a call on my behalf instead of wasting my airtime
