Yule epitomises what good customer service means!

I often draw cash-at-till from Pick 'n Pay. On Saturday at 11am I went to the counter at the middle of the store (where one can buy e-Tags) only to be told by the (unhelpful) attendant that I can not withdraw R5 000 as they are waiting for the bank!! This was not the first time I got the cold shoulder from that counter.<br> <br> Not satisfied with the response I asked to speak to someone else. Yule to the rescue!!<br> <br> This man went out of his way to help me and explained their constraints but at the same time got me fixed up in 10 minutes!!<br> <br> Yule - you rock!! Pick 'n Pay should promote you to head up Customer Care!!
