Your Service and Pricing Stinks

How bad is your pricing and service. I try to avoid this store as far as possible. I complained, was offered a R60 voucher that I never collected - yet nothing has improved - went in today for 3 items - ended up with a few more - took 2 x ball candles - price was clear - P I and arrow clearly pointed to the item - printed price sign confirmed this R29.99 - at the till - R39.99 - Lesley went to check and said - price is definately R39.99 on the shelve - knowing what I saw I went back to shelve. P I of R29,99 - arrow pointing directly to the item and the sign - no R39.99 price on the entire rack - I started to get irate and a manager was called - he saw the R29.99 screaming at the world - yet he said he is not allwed to give the item for R29.99 - He said the b/codes does not correspond - I must compare the b/codes when I take items - are you mad - I want to see a price, take the item and pay the price - simple - you are doing dihonest business. customer take an item on price - then once in the trolley 99% of people do not check and pay your price - After Self embarresment making a scene I got the items for R29.99 - Fix your pricing and take responsibility - Train Managment on CPA
