Your security is a waist of time and money

Hand bag was ****** in the store whilst Christmas shopping, 2 \security"guards standing at the entrance were not bothered when I reported it and sent me to a PnP staff member who in turn referred me back to the same 2 uninterested guards. Whilst this scenario was playing out I was told over and over by the PnP staff how often this happens in the store especially around this time of year.... My question then is if it happens so often why are the \""security\"" guards standing in two's at the entrance cello taping packets when one could be patrolling the store for would be ******* (protecting customers)"
