Your online vs instore pricing is killing you.

I can see that you (PnP) is trying to win customers like me back which is why I decided to log this complaint... not just to complain but to inform you. You need to fix the online experience with the store experience. I know it is difficult, but you can't have things listed on your online store that are a different (unfavourable diff) from your instore. This happened yet again to me today. I left and bought it from a competitor and as a consequence did most of my shopping there. I'm rooting for you to survive, but your online vs instore pricing is killing you. I don't have this problem with most of your competitors. Just saying. Hope it helps.
