YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS
Very bad customer service. After writing a complaint on hallo peter and received a response from Vanitha Venketas, she told me to forward my complaint to the customers complaint email address and some will get back to me.
I have send that email on the 7th Sept. and still no one has responded to me. I still cant watch DSTV from the TV i bought like it was advertised on the box.
I would never take my business back to pick and pay and wouldn't recommend anyone else in doing so either.
