Young employee goes above and beyond for customer!

I went looking for a specific pair of shoes at Pick 'n Pay Clothing, Beacon Bay, East London. After realizing that there was a problem with the packaging of the shoes, I only found a lady in the clothing section to help me. I don't know if I remember her name correctly now, I think she was Sibu. She searched through all the overhead storage cupboards in the shoe section to find me a pair in my size. When that was unsuccessful she went into the storeroom, despite other colleagues telling her there is no other shoes, and searched until she found me a pair.<br> I am grateful to that young lady for finding me that pair of shoes, and embarrassed that I cannot find the paper that I wrote her name down on. I will go back there and find her, because she was a star! I hope that she will soon be promoted and reach great heights in her career.
