You Pick You Pay but P n P does not deliver.

As a loyal customer on PnP Online and PnP ASAP purchased items on ASAP App Aug 1, App showed error after payment, yet funds taken from my bank account. E mails / Phone calls to PnP , most unanswered. Staff not assisting. Gave proof of payment, yet PnP not resolving the matter, not returning call at all. Its already the 5th, yet no refund or delivery.
