You must only buy at PicknPay ASAP when u complain about their rotten products they will give you bull **** service and treated you like a ****.
wow what a bull **** service i received from pick n pay asap.i support them for almost 2years or more now and i am always buying.i complained about 2items being rotten for the first time.they only refund 1 item and the other one they dont.I phone in today.i was asked to take a picture of a smelling milk,they treated me like i was a ***** and ****.Pamela tried to apologies and she gave me her managers number which i sent pictures and told her i was going to complain,she didn't even apologies she just said thank you for the pictures and blocked me.wow this was the worst service i have ever received.Maybe its time i go and buy somewhere else.

07 Mar 2025, 11:39Guess what potatoes as well are rotten,i am being told to take the products now back to the store,when i ordered online because i didnt have time to go to the stores.yesterday i had to take pictures today i must return the products.if there is one thing asap picknpay has taught me is to now go to the shops myself and buy myself food which are not rotten.i am never using this asap bull**** i am done.i will throw this rotten products and asap can keep my money.

07 Mar 2025, 11:48i honestly think pick n pay in palmridge is trying to get rid of their old stock they have been keeping for long time,thats why they selling rotten food to customers,even my milk was removed from the original box and packed separately.
