You just do not care what your franchisees do

I have escalated multiple cases related to the Cornwall View store over the last few years. To walk into this store and take rotten produce off the rack is a no-brainer. But you seem to think that this is the norm in the industry and you seem to get away with it. Again just before xmas I bought two packs of green beans from this store, On opening them both were pack in such a way that the rotten ones were hidden in the middle. I can see the odd thing slipping though, it's life after all but substandard produce at your stores is the.... standard. How many people just throw it away and go buy somewhere else? Probably most since spending the time and effort to go back is just not worth it for most. Where do you get your produce? I'm yet to see such back quality anywhere!
