You have won but no prize to date!

On 4th September we were contacted to inform us we had won a Pick 'n Pay gift card in a Coca-Cola promotion. We were informed that the card would be delivered to our home address. To date all we have received are excuses regarding delivery and no gift card has been received. This is very poor with regards to customer services and PR for Pick 'n Pay.
