You don't honor your word. What else do you lie about?
For years I've queried the birthday bonus points you give to, apparently, ALL your loyal customers except me. I guess I am not loyal enough although my whole family and I never shop anywhere else. I've been promised time and again that it will be sorted out but PicknPay does not follow through. Always a lot of lip service but no honesty behind it.
