You don’t care

You really need to show more care towards your customers, I ordered through ASAP, the bread rolls were packed at the bottom and is all squashed, the burger patties don’t have anything separating it, so with everything else on top it’s just one mushy mess. Frozen items were defrosted which made the bag soggy and difficult to carry. It’s not the first time I have raised these issues
