You break you pay
Sunday morning I went to pnp liquor Orange farm to buy. As I was walking on their irl heading to the tills, I happen to hit one of the bottle that was merchandise on the endcap and it fell and broke by mistake. The security guards treated me like a ********. Telling me that I'm not going anywhere, I paid for what I came to buy. They called the store manager, he told me to pay for the broken bottle, I couldn't pay for it since I didn't break it on purpose, so he decided to take the items I already bought from them since I couldn't pay for the broken bottle. They say you break you pay. I was treated like a ******** everyone was looking at me , customers who came in though I stole from the store. I strongly believe that the store manager Andrew had no right to take my things since I paid for them. The security guards had no right to embarrass me like that and making me look like I stole from the store. Since when does the big store like pnp have a you break you pay rule. Africa's hand security staff don't have a customer service,They treat customers like *********, that security officer was on my face telling me that I'm not going anywhere he'll show me who he is.
I want an apology and I want my things that I paid for. It's shocking that such a big store like pnp has such rules. They merchandise high risk stock on endcaps because they know they'll make customers pay should they brake things.
Highly disappointed
