Yet another disappointing event with PnP

I have made an order today at pnp asap and I didn't receive all my items. I called the shop pnp Sunward they promised to send a driver with my items, but I haven't received them. I tried calling them, the call was now not answered. I also tried calling the pnp asap customer service, they didn't answer.

I am very disappointed with pnp service. I am sure to take this to hellopeter. Customer service is pathetic. I wanted to use these items, I didn't buy them for fun. I think your competor checkers can do better. I really trusted pnp, but this is the second time I get dissatisfied by pnp.

As you see attached is my call log. Very disappointing 😞
