Wynberg pickn pay complaint

Went to the shop to buy my breakfast yesterday28 and asked the deli lady to put more rice of which she staarted telling me of how exprienced she us and that she dont need to be told on how to do her work. I kindly tell her that i was ordering what i feel us rnough for me and she shouted at me in front of other customers. I went to the manger and was subsquentily served by a friendly lady . The rice i got was off and the boiled efgs were runny . I didnt want to take thwm back as i felt that it will look as if i was the problem. I wrote a letter to pnp head office
