Wrongful arrest

Good day, I bought a skirt on the 27th of November that beeping tag was not removed by the cashier,the cashier was on that counter written no mothers 3 items so Today I went to pick n pay to get that tag removed, when I get in the tag didn’t peep and I forgot to show the security and when I was looking around it happens that I when to the other door and the tag started to make noise I explained to security what happened he then called one of his colleague and he said I should follow him to security room were he called manager I explain the same story that I don’t have a proof of purchase but I have bank statements on my phone how about the use it to trace my slip, the security said this is not how it works, manager called one of his colleague to check the cameras they explained to him what happened and he came back to me to ask what happened so I said I’m gonna explain to everybody the he got Angry and call one of his colleague tell her that his sensitive he can handle me, and they didn’t find anything on their camera, and they were talking to each other out side the security room while I’m inside the security room ,actually they were discussing what they saw on their camera behind my back ,that was a wrongful arrest I stayed there for more than 1hr
