wrong pricing and bad attitude from a manager

I came to your shop on the 16th of December wanting to buy a fridge initially there was no one on the floor to assist me , I had to walk around the shop to find someone to assist me . The item was priced incorrectly and your staff refused to give me the item in the price I saw it by . Furthermore (Ntombi ) who's apparently a manager treated me very bad, her attitude towards customers stinks for a lack of a better word . I have been a customer for that particular shop for many years and to be treated so badly it is sad and yet I still continue to support you . I lodged a complaint on facebook on Sunday the 17th to date no reply . is pick n pay serious about doing business ? does it even care about it's customers? do you teach your staff about TCF ? that's what I'd like to know
