Wrong Prices advertised

I am utterly appalled by this Pick and pay and will not be visiting them again, I advise that no one support them as well. I purchase Ice Cream and it showed that I will receive 10% off if I present my smart shopper card, to my surprise when I get to the till nothing was deducted of my slip, The cashier Patricia was not helpful saying that its already deducted, whereas the price that was advertised was the normal price and after the discount showed a lower price, my slip showed the normal price an no discount. I tried to explain this Patricia but she was not interested in what I have to say. I just paid for my stuff as other people were queuing behind me. If this is how Pick and pay staff is and how they mislead clients I definitely wont be shopping at this pick and pay or any branch for that matter. Its so annoying to stand at the till and argue about something you know you saw and the staff at pick and pay don't even have the courtesy to go check it.
