Wrong order

I placed an order online, Pick n Pay ASAP this afternoon.i received a wrong order & as a loyal customer, I immediately called Pick n Pay to make them aware. The lady apologized for the inconvenience and assured that the mistake will be rectified. My order eventually came & they picked up the wrong one that was delivered to me. Driver passed the message that the shop apologized. I'm disappointed as I expected some form of thanking of me, even maybe a small chocolate was going to do it fir me.....
