Wrong order

Purchased 10 items totalling R410 from Pick ‘n Pay asap and was delivered only one item. When I asked that the order be cancelled I was told it would take 3 to 4 days to get refunded. What if I never had any other money???? I guess that is not Pick ‘n Pay’s problem. This is the second time in 2 months that I have had an issue with Pick ‘n Pay asap in 3 months. The last time I ordered a number of items. It turned out that all of the items except for the two chocolates were sold out. I ended up paying R100 for 2 chocolates!!!! How come when we order we have to order a minimum number of items yet they are happy to deliver 2 chocolates and charge me R100???? Pick ‘n Pay asap is honestly pathetic. I’m have used checkers sixty60 multiple times over the last couple of months and not only have I not had any issues, they are super fast. Rest assured that I will now only use checkers sixty60.
