Wrong order

I placed an order on Pick ‘n Pay ASAP on 14 July 23. The shop delivered a completely different order. I contacted them And let them know they delivered wrong products. They said they would fix this my sending a driver to come and collect the wrong items and them would send my stuff. The following day I realise that there was no traction on this so I made a second call and It was only them I was told that an exchange would be done, they then send my stuff and took the wrong items. But they still didn’t include items they charged me, Twice on one order Pick ‘n Pay sent wrong order to me. The service is very poor and they don’t care about customers at all.
