Wrong order!!

Got a wrong order on my very first time using the PnP bottles app. I ordered a bottle of Gordons Gin and Dry lemon 6 pack but got milk, doritos and Tang. What's worse is the driver didn't even wait for me to check the order. He literally dropped the bag outside and left it unattended. I want my money back please if anyone can helo me. Sorely regret trying out this app.
