Wrong meat given,Uncooked meat,Till operator on Holiday during working hours

I went to the Pick 'n Pay in East Rand Mall (EAST POINT MALL) during lunch time. The was only one person working at hot foods to make matters worse,she go my order wrong,I only noticed it when I got to work. On the other hand your till operator took time to assist people on the queue,she was having small chats with colleagues instead of assisting us.Honestly my day is just ruined because of this,I usually don't buy food from Pick n Pay for obvious reason,I expected better. The person who assisted me by the till is "Bridget Sikhosanh" on the 26th of October 2017 and the lady who assisted me at The bakery I didn't get her name but she short/meduim height a bit light in complexion and wears fancy eye glasses.
